Hey all, I’m the guy behind SenkoTCG.

Base Set Pokémon cardsI grew up in my parents’ store. Weekends meant helping out or at least being there, and the shelves had everything: video games, toys, backpacks, luggage. Lucky for me, we also had Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. The GameBoy went everywhere and I was playing Pokémon Blue at the time. I was hooked on catching them all, so on the days I worked, I got to rip a pack or two. Slowly, pack by pack, we pieced together a near-complete set of Base, Jungle and Fossil.

Then life happened. I grew up, got a corporate job in tech, and didn’t touch a Pokémon card for over a decade.

On November 7, 2024, my girlfriend and I were wandering around Target just to get something completely unrelated, but it was the night before Surging Sparks released. They’d already put product on the shelves, and I said sure, why not. I picked up an ETB. I sat down on a bench and opened it right there. The Magneton promo was super cool and we pulled a Latios IR and I just remember thinking how cool the full art cards now looked. That was it. I was back.

Now I had the bank account of a working adult and the dopamine of the hits to go with it: a Japanese 151 demi-god pack, the Leafeon SIR from Prismatic Evolutions. Things got out of hand kinda quickly.

Before long I was sitting on stacks and stacks of cards and figured that if I wanted to keep doing this, I should try to recoup some of what I was pouring in. I’ve always loved efficiency and systems, so I started listing cards on eBay. That turned into over 1,200 sales with 100% positive feedback, and now SenkoTCG is the next step: a store of my own.

What I sell

Singles and sealed product across Pokémon (English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese), One Piece, Riftbound, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Digimon. Whether you’re finishing a master set, tuning a deck list, or hunting for your next pull, we’ve got you covered.

How I do things

  • Cards are described honestly. Condition is listed on every single, and we use scans of the actual card so you can see what you’re getting.
  • Careful packing. Every card goes out sleeved, then in a toploader/card saver, and then in a team bag. Depending on order size they'll go out in a PWE/Bubble Mailer/Box.
  • Fast shipping. Even though it's just me -- selling on eBay has forced me into a habit of getting things shipped fast. I always aim to get things out within a day if not the same day.

Why SenkoTCG

I’m not a faceless warehouse. I open packs and collect right alongside you, and I treat every card like it’s going into my own binder. If I wouldn’t be happy to receive it, it doesn’t ship.
